The more people that sign up, the more gigs will be posted! I set up this list because I'm occasionally approached by people who would like me to put them in touch with an accompanist -- usually a fellow student for affordability purposes -- and I have a list of people I know are excellent musicians and reliable people.
Why not cut out the middle man? If you have a gig to post or you want to hear about one as soon as it's posted, sign up.
Only individuals who have subscribed to the list are able to post/receive gigs. To post a gig, please send an email to the list. When posting a gig, please include:
When replying to an email, choose "Reply to all" if you want the whole group to see the reply and choose "Reply" if you only wish the original emailer to see the reply. PLEASE DO NOT DISCUSS FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS/RATES ON THE LIST. Those who do will be removed. If you wish to give such information to whoever wrote the post, do NOT "Reply to all."
When you have found someone for your gig, please announce to the list that the position has been filled.
